Play is very important within OGO and therefore also at the Kindercampus. In role play socio-cultural activities are imitated and children learn to participate in them in a playful manner.
The teachers do not stand at the sidelines. They participate in the children's play and try to challenge children to enrich their play.
In the lower grades of elementary school (groups 1-4) the emphasis is on play activities. In the upper grades the focus is more on inquiry-based learning. In which research questions are central. The teacher participates in the child's exploration.
